With nearly two decades of experience in the home building industry, Jasmine has a natural eye for design and a gift for turning visions into beautifully finished spaces. As the co-owner of Prodigy Homes, she’s helped bring countless dream homes to life—and her talent for staging has earned Best Staging honors in the Parade of Homes more than five times.

Over the years, clients have continually turned to Jasmine for interior design guidance, asking for her insight on everything from finishes to furnishings. Recognizing a true need in the community, she launched Strata Designs to offer intentional, lasting design solutions as a natural extension of her passion and expertise.

The name Strata—which refers to layers of rock built over time—represents the thoughtful, multi-layered approach behind every design. From layout to lighting, materials to mood, Jasmine understands that creating a beautiful home isn’t about a single decision—it’s about the layers of choices that all work together to reflect your lifestyle, your taste, and your story.
